Color Masterbatch

A color masterbatch is a solid or liquid additive used to color plastics. It is a concentrated mixture of pigments or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin, which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape.

Carbon black

Carbon Black is a commercial form of solid carbon that is manufactured in highly controlled processes to produce specifically engineered aggregates of carbon particles that vary in particle size, aggregate size, shape, porosity and surface chemistry.

Additive Masterbatch

Additive Masterbatches (MB) are used to modify polymers’ characteristics during but also after processing, giving to materials some specific properties.

Transparent Filler Masterbatch

Transparent Nano Filler Masterbatch was created and rose up to the tendency, which will help take high quality and saving cost into consideration. The high light and transparency are very well applied into PE/PP/PS/ABS, which improve the clearance and brightening of the plastic, and nano grade dispersion is polymerized with the plastic resin.

Nano Masterbatch with High clearance feature with 10-30% dosage which will not affect the virgin material transparence.
